male in the parking lot obviously on drugs, blk t shirt & gry pants, told comp everything is poison

Incident Address: 11TH AVE & SNAKE RIVER AVE

juv laying down at the top of the 11th ave hill, on the right hand side, wearing dark clothing, comp is concerned he will get hit by a car

parked on beachey st right next to the library // older pickup with wa plates // brown gmc pickup // appears homeless, may have someone sleeping in it right now, comp thinks he was peeing outside their office this morning // has several cats that come and go // has been there for a couple days

check on subject, fell and hurt her hip over the weekend and hasn’t been at work, comp spoke to her Monday but has not been able to get a hold of her since // phone is off // she mentioned to comp that she is unable to get down her stairs, comp is concerned she may have fallen again

adult male tailgating and almost hit caller and asking the caller to stop and she is a teen.

turned left onto prospect // blue pt cruiser // tailgating, driving erratically, almost rear ended someone, blew threw a stop sign and speeding down prospect // comp is willing to sign a citation, not following anymore

neighbors filling a trailer full of trash / hunting remains // the flies attracted to this are bothering the whole neighborhood // smells like dead animals // ongoing problem

found bike in the back yard, comp moving it out front to be picked up // silver huffy

**phone contact** comp lives there with several roommates // one roommate committing cybercrimes, took money out of comps school account, ongoing problems // has recently started cutting herself

red car no lic plates, parked on the wrong side of the street, has been there about 6 weeks // parked by the white car with profanity

woman came speeding through the parking lot, parked her car and when comp tried to tell her that was not guest parking she screamed at comp

male who hallucinates and is out of his meds and said there are a lot of ppl in his house.

**contact at lpd** comp caught cat, shelter will not take it unless animal control takes it

blk Acura, speeding tried to run comp off the rd- they were sliding around the corner like drifting.

next door neighbor has one of his truck parked where is it partially in callers driveway. Caller said this is an ongoing issue.

cream colored chevy truck with camper shell // has been parked there for months // has a flat tire

gray mountain bike with red grips and stickers // taken last Wednesday, reported to security

man digging through the dumpster, throwing things out, comp would like him trespassed // have had an ongoing problem with someone going through the cars on the property at night, unk if its the same person

female no shoes and stating she wants to die. walking towards Adams lane on Idaho st. poss in 50s blnd hair and very thin. wf, blue leggings, blue shirt

comp reporting break in at the salvage yard, comp is owner, has renters who claim the break in happened 2 weeks ago but comp believes they are lying 200' copper wire missing

sb on sra. semi swerving in both lanes and went on the curb on sra. Swift trailer with red cab Indiana plate

2fem 1 male, refusing to leave, were renting a room and have been asked to leave

just occurred, subjects abusing a child in the veh newer silv WRX

between the cafe and the courthouse, male in the parking lot, has a bunch of bags on the ground, in the train station park lot, believes he is under the influence of something, wearing cut off shirt

5 or 6 cars drinking in the parking lot, parked in the parking lot and road north of the tribune, white van and a couple of trucks, ongoing issue, have been coming for the last week, have been there since 1800

check on comps granddaughter, not answering the phone, requesting welfare check, requesting call after check

female driver backed into comps truck and trailer earlier, occurred around 1230, comp did not get the driver's name and there is significant damage to the vehicle, driver was 15yo

guy walking a dog in an enclosed parking lot, looks like he was scoping out cars next to station 4, male wearing car heart jack, white shirt, walking a small dog

residential burg alarm, through text to 911

26yo under the influence; trying to get into a 2004 mar Malibu and drive away in the same spot where officers left them; at this time he is trying to put the lug nuts back on the car

little 2 wheel dk colored toyt truck pulled to the side; someone slumped over against the window

4-6 yrs ago comp was supposed to meet Budapest Hungary cousins to pick up property; they were unable to meet up as comp was working at blue ribbon and he was out of town all the time; he was told his cousin were taken to the underground Lewiston, and have never come back
