The Ministry of Finance, Government of India had vide their letter dated August 18, 2017 issued notification no.38/2017 - Customs (ADD) imposing definitive Antidumping duty on imports from China PR on "Textured Tempered Coated and Uncoated Glass" of varying range for a period of 5 years. Further, Borosil Renewables Ltd had applied to the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, for continuation of imposition of Anti-dumping duty and the DGTR vide notification issued on May 13, 2022 had recommended to impose ADD for a further period of 2 years. However, the Ministry of Finance, Government of India vide their office memorandum dated August 17, 2022 conveyed that they have not accepted the recommendations of DGTR. This means that the imposition of ADD notified on August 18, 2017 has lapsed at the end of its period. Shares of BOROSIL RENEWABLES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 595.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 596.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22840 in over 1220 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 603.50 and intraday low of 593.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13686834.00.
